We designed this gym with the hybrid athlete in mind, you train with intention and like to focus on functional lifts that help support your day to day activities outside the gym. Movements such as bench press, hex bar deadlift, barbell squats, ring pull ups, dumbell curls, kettlebell swings, lat pull down, cable rows, sled push and pulls, back extensions, slam ball throws, med ball rotations, abs rolls, battle ropes and tricep dips. Free weights is our bread and butter, our dumbells go from 5lbs - 100lbs and got two sets of kettlebells ranging 4kg - 32kg. We have 4 straight bars and one hex bar for your classic lifts, and two full sets of rubber coated bumper plates ranging from 10lbs - 55lbs. As well as your standard olympic metal weights for the bench press.
For cardio machines, we have two side by side treadmills for your incline warm up walks, as well as a stationary bike. If you're looking to sprinkle in endurance work, we have a Rogue assault bike and a Vulcan rower. Plus plenty of mat space for stretching/foam rolling.

Yes and no,
The gym is set up with zones, so even if theres 4-6 people in there at once theres a natural rotation minimizing congestion. However, due to our business model we do not have massive influx of people - this is small town gym where many members know each other and follow proper gym etiquette!
We'd say our busiest hours are from 4 - 6 pm, the post work/school crowd. The nice thing is that you're able to see how many cars are parked in front of the gym, thats a solid gauge of how busy it is in there.

For group classes, click the Book tab and go through the sign up steps to book a drop in. If you're already a member paying the membership cost, then log in to your portal and book for free through there.
