Women's Only Group Strength Training with Alina 

A dynamic 60 minute full body workout in an inclusive supportive environment, focused on building strength, boosting confidence and fostering connection. You'll learn proper form, functional movements that support every day life, and essential techniques to safely and effectively build muscle. Come ready to sweat and work hard at your own pace (don't worry I wont make you run sprints around the block). This workout is scalable for all fitness levels with a dynamic warm up, plenty of water breaks and a good stretch at the end. Whether you're lifting for the first time or getting back into it, this class is all about empowerment, progress and fun!

Men’s Only Strength Training Class

60 minute muscle building program with the purpose of getting bigger and stronger, while staying lean and mean. Each session will have a main (compound) lift, followed by 3 smaller (accessory) movements that help build upon that main initial movement. We will build upon a foundation, and put on as much muscle and strength as possible to help boost your athletic performance.

Thank you for booking a session. Gym doors open 15 minutes before class start time. Bring a water bottle and dress accordingly.

Unable to make it? To receive a full refund please make sure to cancel your booking at least 2 hours before class start time. No shows and past 2 hour mark cancellations will still charged the session fee. We understand that things happen so please be in communication with us upon unforeseeable circumstances. Thank you.

I hereby acknowledge that participation in physical exercise and training activities at Midway Gym, LLC may involve risk of injury. These risks include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, ligament sprains, falls, contact with other participants, and the effects of the weather, including high heat, humidity, rain, snow, and ice.
Health Declaration

  • I confirm that I am in good health and have no known medical condition that would prevent my
    participation in physical exercise.
  • I agree to inform Midway Gym, LLC of any changes in my health status that may affect
    my safe participation in physical activities.
    Waiver of Liability
  • I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or
    unknown, which may occur as a result of my participation in physical activities at
    Midway Gym, LLC
  • I knowingly and voluntarily waive any and all claims I may have or bring forward against Midway Gym, LLC, its
    employees, and instructors whether contracted or independent, for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of
    participating in a program.
  •  I am aware that this gym will not be staffed 24/7.
    Use of Image
  • I grant permission to Midway Gym, LLC to use my photograph and/or video image in
    publications, websites, and other media for promotional purposes.
